# GuruTrack

> GuruTrack 追踪美股大佬的 SEC 13F 季度持仓，与美国政客（国会议员、行政部门）的 STOCK Act 交易披露——聪明钱与国会山一站聚合，中文、移动优先。

GuruTrack aggregates two public U.S. financial-disclosure datasets into one structured, continuously-updated reference:
- Hedge-fund and "guru" equity holdings from SEC Form 13F quarterly filings.
- U.S. politicians' (members of Congress and the executive branch) securities trades disclosed under the STOCK Act.

All data derives from official public filings (SEC EDGAR, U.S. House/Senate disclosures). 13F and STOCK Act disclosures are delayed by up to ~45 days and cover only part of a portfolio. This site is for information and research only and is not investment advice.
