Welcome to GuruTrack ("the Site"). By using the Site you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.
The service
GuruTrack aggregates and displays U.S.-equity institutional and congressional holdings/trades sourced from public SEC 13F filings and STOCK Act disclosures, for research and educational reference.
Data is automatically aggregated from public filings. Disclosure is inherently delayed (13F up to ~45 days) and covers only some long positions—it does not represent a complete, real-time or exact portfolio.
Not investment advice
All content on the Site is for informational and research purposes only. It is not investment advice, an offer, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security, nor advice to follow any trade.
Investing involves risk. You should make your own decisions based on your own judgment and, where appropriate, consult a licensed professional. We are not liable for any investment decisions or outcomes arising from use of the Site.
Data accuracy
We strive for accurate aggregation but make no express or implied warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the data, which may differ due to filing errors, parsing differences or upstream changes.
Account & acceptable use
You are responsible for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the Site, including but not limited to automated large-scale scraping, circumventing technical limits, disrupting the service, or using data for unlawful purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.
Intellectual property
The Site's interface, design, aggregation and presentation belong to the Site. Underlying public filing data is in the public domain; brand logos belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or commercially exploit the Site's original content or arrangement without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
